Our Story
In a city like London, where the hustle never stops and office politics can feel suffocating, it’s easy to get caught in the daily grind - doing the same work day in and day out, and feeling disconnected from the bigger picture. With remote working on the rise and teams spread across the globe, we recognised that in-person connections were becoming rarer but more important than ever for fostering collaboration and clarity. After experiencing this firsthand, we realised that the solution wasn’t more meetings, but a retreat to step away, refocus, and reconnect.

With our Croatian roots and extensive experience in the events industry, we saw an opportunity to leverage our unique combination of skills, local connections, and expertise to create a business that delivers truly tailored corporate retreats.
